The "Bag" can be made any size. All you have to remember is the bottom fold up is 1/2 of the side mesurement. Example: if the bag has a 3" side measurement, 4" front, with a little tab. You would measure from the bottom up 1 1/2 (half of the side).
I usually make a example from a brown paper bag (you ask at the grocery store for paper).
A painting that is 11" x 15" (one quarter sheet of a full sheet watercolor paper) makes a wine bottle bag.
The Morning Glory Bag is 1/3 of a full sheet of watercolor paper, 11" x 22 1/2 ", this bag is 8 1/2" tall, 8"wide, the sides are 3". The bottom fold up is 1 1/2".
